The State Library of Kansas provides access to free, downloadable ebooks and audiobooks to any state resident with a Kansas Library eCard account. You can request a Kansas Library eCard from our school library. Ebooks and audiobooks can be accessed on and downloaded to: a computer, tablet, iPad, or smart phone.

- Storyline Online -- Videos of popular children's books read aloud by famous actors.
- Unite for Literacy -- Free children's ebooks. Option to hear audio or read on your own. Books available in several languages.
- International Children's Digital Library -- Provides access to children's literature from around the world. Includes 4,619 books in 59 languages.
- Loyal Books -- 7000+ free public domain ebook and audiobook downloads. Organized by genre, easy to use.
- Lit2Go -- Free online collection of stories and poems in Mp3 (audiobook) format. Classic literary and primary documents.
- Project Gutenberg -- over 60,000 free ebooks to download or read online. Some are Kindle compatible. Most are older, classic titles.

- BookBub -- Great deals for free or discounted ebooks. Learn more about BookBub.
- Search Amazon's Kindle Store for free ebooks. Go to amazon.com. Click the arrow to the left of the search box and choose Kindle Store. Type in free ebooks and add more terms to focus your search (free ebooks for kids, free ebooks mystery, etc.).
